A 45 minute initial consultation, Phone or in person.

I will write you a personalised plan, with details on your overall health. Diet change, additional supplements, nutritional advice, gently eliminating build up of toxins. lowering stress and restless sleep. With clear instructions, resources, healthy recipes and ideas to get your health back on track.

​I either prepare the herbs/supplements for collection or send out depending on your location, or recommenced local retail.

 x2 20 minute follow up calls over the coming 6 week period.
