Firstly, you are invited to complete your Online questionnaire. The next step is to arrange your phone consultation. This is a deeper in-depth look at your whole health picture — your current symptoms, past and current medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, blood or functional test results. With a complete holistic approach to reset and heal all of your discomforts.

From there, I create a personalised plan/protocol for you to adjust to in your daily life, designed just for you. This could also include a gentle Cleanse. We will treat and heal your complaints naturally.

Your protocol will outline the foods and nutrients, added supplements and natural products, to introduce into your daily life that support your specific concerns, blood group, and overall health, as well as suggestions on what to reduce, remove, or add to your diet.
You’ll also receive my holistic recommendations, clear instructions, useful resources, nourishing recipes, and practical ideas to guide you on your path back to better health.

Every protocol health suggestion is unique — no two are ever the same. Protocols change depending on your issues, always with the goal of bringing you back into optimal health and wellbeing.
My approach is holistic and collaborative, weaving together nutrition, detox, stress management, and lifestyle guidance. Step by step, we’ll work together to restore balance and vitality, with the belief that the best natural medicine is preventative medicine. Introductory Consultation – €85

• A 45 minute initial consultation, Phone or in person.

• Questionaire is emailed to you. I will write you a personalised plan, with details on your overall health. Diet change, additional supplements, nutritional advice, gently eliminating build up of toxins, lowering stress and restless sleep. With clear instructions, resources, healthy recipes and ideas to get your health back on track.

• I either prepare the herbs/supplements for collection or send out depending on your location, or recommend local retail.

• 2 x 20 minute follow up calls over the coming 6 week period.

Starter Package – €250

• Online health questionnaire

• 45-minute phone consultation

• Personalised protocol

• 2 weeks of online support

Standard Package – €400

• Everything in the Starter Package, plus:

• A gentle cleanse

• Natural products supplied to support your cleanse and healing

Premium Package – €600

• Everything in the Standard Package, plus:

• Follow-up call with revised protocol

• Ongoing support as needed throughout your healing journey

Follow-up calls outside of the agreement are available as 45-minute sessions for €30 each.

 

I offer face-to-face consultations at Terra De Cura Life Centre, as well as online consultations, with online communication of support and advice as you travel through your healing.
