Q: What is required from me ?
* You are invited to begin with a gentle Pre-Cleanse a week beforehand, by gradually eliminating processed foods, meats, wheat, pasta, and alcohol.
* You’ll be encouraged to eat only whole, nourishing foods during the Cleanse — such as, organic if possible, rice, beans, lentils, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and liquid foods like organic white yogurt or kefir. This creates the best environment for the easy release of toxicity.
* Coffee is okay, especially at first — You are encouraged to reduce your intake gradually during your Pre-Cleanse if you have the Will. On the Cleanse you are advised to stop coffee, especially on the day of the liver/gallbladder flush, it’s important to completely refrain from coffee. Two days is the minimum, three days is even better 4 Wooohoo !
* You are invited to begin with enemas — full support and instructions are provided. The benefits are incredible, and over time, many people grow curious and even look forward to them.
