Joanne

Joanne is a lifelong humanitarian devoted to restoring dignity, vitality, and wholeness in individuals facing profound vulnerability. Her early work in England as a residential social worker supporting traumatized children and teenagers, alongside elder care, palliative care, and homelessness support, formed the foundation of her vocation.Following a deep inner calling, she spent several formative years in Asia studying natural medicine, Vipassana meditation, nutrition, and contemplative healing practices.In January 2020, Joanne travelled to Africa following a significant inner shift in direction. In a brief but pivotal encounter with Rhoda, she was introduced to the Grand Emergence Cleanse—an experience that became a huge change of direction, she found her purpose here on planet earth. Both Rhoda (on the right ) and Zelkhia recognised Joannes natural gifts, and has guided trained Joanne with no exchange, only her commitment to heal humanity, which has profoundly influenced the evolution of her work, and freed hundreds of people, from their suffering. From this point forward, her practice began to integrate cleansing, detoxification, healing cancer, eliminating addiction, nervous system regulation, nutrition, medicina, trauma-informed healing into a more unified approach to transformation. Today she supports individuals in the Algarve, Portugal, through deep detoxification, addiction recovery, chronic health transformation, and Soul Retrievals, creating space for physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual upgrades, allowing individuals to return to balance and clarity.Terra De Cura Life Centre is also a training centre for individuals who feel called to work within the field of cleansing and transformation, holistic healing, and who wish to become qualified in the field of Cleansing to become an independent facilitator. Alongside her retreats online work and one-to-one assistance, Joanne supports the training and development of future facilitators, sharing her knowledge and love. This training is rooted in over 30 years of experience working with trauma, addiction, nutrition, plant-based medicine, and deep emotional and physical healing processes. Trainees are supported in developing presence, integrity, and the capacity to hold safe, grounded space for others through processes of release, cleansing, and realignment.At the heart of her work is a simple mission: to support people in releasing what no longer serves them, reconnecting with themselves, and restoring balance across body, mind, and spirit.

Alex

Alex’s journey began in high-performance operational environments, trained through Airborne Ranger School and later working as a Skydiving Instructor. These formative experiences established a foundation of discipline, precision under pressure, and embodied resilience in extreme environments.

Over time, the trajectory shifted from external performance into internal inquiry and human development. This became a sustained process of self-examination and psychological integration, leading to a deeper understanding of the relationship between internal states, behavioural patterns, and lived experience. This transition forms the basis of Alex’s current work in emotional, psychological, and somatic healing systems.

Alex is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has trained in Humaniversity Psychology.
Engaged deeply, in detoxification/cleansing, in service to humanity in holistic medicine systems, and is a certified Kambo Practitioner through the International Association of Kambo Practitioners (IAKP). His work integrates body, mind, and consciousness, combining Western psychological frameworks with traditional healing systems to support emotional release, behavioural recalibration, and deep personal transformation through a grounded, non-judgemental approach informed by lived experience. requiring surrender to a structured external process of intervention.
