Welcome.To get started, you’ll complete a simple online questionnaire. From there, we’ll arrange a phone consultation — a deeper dive into your health story. We’ll look at your current symptoms, past and present medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, and any blood or functional test results. It’s a holistic overview designed to identify the root causes of your discomfort so we can begin the healing process together.

Based on this, I’ll create a personalised wellness protocol tailored just for you. This may include a gentle cleanse and will focus on treating and healing your concerns naturally.

Your protocol will detail the foods, nutrients, supplements, and natural products that best support your body — taking into account your specific concerns, blood group, and overall health. It will also include suggestions on what to reduce, remove, or add to your routine.

You’ll receive clear guidance, holistic recommendations, helpful resources, nourishing recipes, and practical tools to support your journey back to better health.

Plus, you’ll have ongoing online support and advice as you travel through your healing — because you’re not meant to do this alone.

Every plan is unique — no two are ever the same. Each protocol is created with care and insight, always aiming to bring you back into balance and optimal wellbeing.

My approach is holistic and collaborative, blending nutrition, detox support, stress management, and lifestyle guidance. Step by step, we’ll work together to restore your vitality — grounded in the belief that the best natural medicine is preventative medicine.

Standard Package – €400 Everything in the Starter Package, plus:

• A gentle cleanse

• Natural products supplied to support your cleanse and healing

Premium Package – €650 A complete in-depth offering, including:

• Everything in the Standard Package

• A follow-up call with a revised protocol

• Ongoing support as needed throughout your healing journey

I offer face-to-face consultations at Terra De Cura Life Centre, as well as online consultations. Or if you would prefer to be healed on a retreat, 1 to 1 healing with me then....

What Your Consultation Includes

Your consultation includes:

• A 45-minute initial consultation (phone or in-person).

• A personalised plan detailing your overall health: dietary changes, additional supplements, nutritional advice, gentle toxin elimination, stress reduction, and support for restful sleep.

• Clear instructions, resources, healthy recipes, and ideas to get your health back on track.

• Herbs and supplements prepared for collection or delivery (depending on location), or local retail recommendations.

• Two 20-minute follow-up calls over the following six weeks.

  
  

The initial consultation includes an individualised treatment plan, supplement recommendations, and two follow-up calls within six weeks of the initial consultation (20 minutes each). Please note that bespoke supplements and natural products are not included in the initial cost and may incur an additional charge of around €60 to €80.

The total cost for this comprehensive consultation is €85.
