Your first consultation is an in-depth look at your whole health picture — your current symptoms, past medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, and any recent blood or functional test results.
From there, I create a personalised plan/protocol for you to adjust to in your daily life, designed just for you. Together, we will treat and heal your complaints naturally.
It will outline the foods and nutrients to introduce into your daily life that support your specific concerns, blood group, and overall health, as well as suggestions on what to reduce, remove, or add to your diet.
You’ll also receive my holistic recommendations, clear instructions, useful resources, nourishing recipes, and practical ideas to guide you on your path back to better health.
Every protocol health suggestion is unique — no two are ever the same. Protocols change depending on your issues, always with the goal of bringing you back into optimal health and wellbeing.
My approach is holistic and collaborative, weaving together nutrition, detox, stress management, and lifestyle guidance. Step by step, we’ll work together to restore balance and vitality, with the belief that the best natural medicine is preventative medicine. Your consultation includes:
A 45-minute initial consultation (phone or in person).
A personalised plan with details on your overall health: diet changes, additional supplements, nutritional advice, gentle toxin elimination, stress reduction, and support for restless sleep.
Clear instructions, resources, healthy recipes, and ideas to get your health back on track.
Herbs/supplements prepared for collection or delivery (depending on location), or local retail recommendations.
Two 20-minute follow-up calls over the following six weeks.
Initial consultation with individualised treatment plan, supplement recommendations, and two follow-up calls within 6 weeks of initial consolation.
(20 minutes each). Not including - bespoke supplements and natural products. (additional cost of around 60 to 80 euros.
