Q. Can I get on with my daily life?

Yes, absolutely! This gentle but effective 10-day protocol is designed to work alongside a busy life schedule, and created to suit exactly where you are at. Only 1 to 2 days will require more of your devotion, as you will be cleaning your liver/gall bladder cleanse. (these 2 days fall over the weekend.

Q: What is required from me ?

* You are invited to begin with a gentle Pre-Cleanse a week beforehand, by gradually eliminating processed foods, meats, wheat, pasta, and alcohol.

* You’ll be encouraged to eat only whole, nourishing foods during the Cleanse — such as, organic if possible, rice, beans, lentils, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and liquid foods like organic white yogurt or kefir. This creates the best environment for the easy release of toxicity.

* Coffee is okay, especially at first — You are encouraged to reduce your intake gradually during your Pre-Cleanse if you have the Will. On the Cleanse you are advised to stop coffee, especially on the day of the liver/gallbladder flush, it’s important to completely refrain from coffee. Two days is the minimum, three days is even better 4 Wooohoo !

* You are invited to begin with enemas — full support and instructions are provided. The benefits are incredible, and over time, many people grow curious and even look forward to them.

* You are invited to include 1, 2 or even 3 liquid meals each day — a fresh juice, a smoothie, or a warm liquid soup. This deeply supports the digestive system and helps to release old waste dead food toxins and parasites. Recipes are emailed.

Q: What does the 10 days cleanse look like?

Pre Cleanse:-1 week before your cleanse:-
Begin to slowly take out processed foods pasta wheat meats lowering coffee alcohol all toxic foods and drink.

Day 1 to 7:- Saturday to Friday

Flow your detailed protocol.

Consume natural easily digested foods.

Drink 2 litres of good water aday.

1 2 or 3 enemas a day, to receive maximum benefit (optional)
Daily checks in through WhatsApp/telegram/email or landline

Day 8:- Saturday:-

You will be drink ONLY apple juice, only. From 2pm you will be dry fastening, taking tiny sips of water if required.

At x3 different times you will repeat

a) Fresh orange and lemon juice
b) Olive oil
c) Epsom salts

Day 9. Saturday:-
Similar protocol to day 1 to 7
Your Gall stones will continue to leave your body! Begin gently reintroducing foods of your choice, and continue taking the supplements that support your protocol.

Day 10. Sunday:-

This is your day to break the fast and begin slowly integrating foods back into your daily life. Your system has been completely RESET — physically, mentally, and energetically!
